OUR INVESTMENT MODEL
Three opportunity sources. One disciplined investment logic.
Rather than relying on a single market or return source, Lion Investments is designed to combine distinct opportunity sets. Each opportunity is assessed independently; portfolio construction, risk limits, approvals and investor reporting remain centrally controlled.
01AI-supported markets
AI-Supported Trading
Our trading team combines market and execution experience with AI-assisted research, quantitative analysis and disciplined position management.
AI is used to process information, identify patterns and support decisions — not to promise automatic profits. Position size, liquidity, volatility, concentration and drawdown are reviewed within defined limits, while material allocation decisions remain subject to human oversight.
Operating principleDefined trading process, controlled access, risk limits and traceable execution records
02On-chain opportunities
Smart-Contract & On-Chain Opportunities
Capital may be allocated selectively to smart-contract and on-chain structures where the economic logic, protocol mechanics and exit path can be understood and monitored.
Before allocation, the relevant protocol, contract, liquidity, counterparty dependencies and technical risks are reviewed. Opportunities are treated as variable and risk-bearing; no yield is presented as fixed, guaranteed or risk-free.
Operating principleContract and protocol review, staged allocation, liquidity checks and documented exit conditions
03Private opportunities
Strategic Participation
LionInterGroup can use its business network to identify selected companies and projects where capital, collaboration or strategic participation may create an additional source of opportunity.
Each opportunity is assessed on structure, counterparties, economics, governance, documentation and the practical role LionInterGroup can play. Named relationships or participations are communicated only where they can be substantiated and appropriately disclosed.
Operating principleDocumented counterparties, participation terms, governance and opportunity-specific due diligence
